Our founder & CEO Gurj Sandhu has over 20 years of talent advisory experience across three countries, UK, India and Singapore. Prior to founding Leru Partners, Gurj was the Managing Director of the Singapore & SEA business for a global talent services organisation which he grew from an SME into a well known reputable large mid-sized brand. Over the course of his 13 year tenure with the group, Gurj had launched a market leading white collar interim business, the technology practice as well as a consulting arm in 2024. Gurj has an exceptional track record in executive search in Technology, Projects & Transformation across the Financial Services and Commercial space.

John has over 20 years of executive search and leadership experience in the Gulf region. Specialising in complex talent challenges, he is renowned for sourcing and embedding transformative executives who excel and endure. As Group Talent Acquisition Director at Etisalat Group, John hired advisors to the Board and multiple Chief Officers across the Group and its operating companies. Now in executive search, he has delivered C-level mandates across TMT, Digital, Banking, Family Groups, Government, FMCG, Education, Energy, and more.
John is a certified assessor and holds an MBA from the UK.
